We only process the data you give us yourself through the contact form or when you contact us directly:

• your name
• email address
• phone number (optional)
• company name (optional)
• the content of your message

3. Why we process it

We use the form data solely to get back to you and answer your request, or to prepare a non-binding quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and taking steps prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

We keep the data only for as long as needed to handle your request and our correspondence. If no business relationship follows, we delete the message and contact details within 12 months at the latest. If a contract arises, we follow the retention periods required by law.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and do not provide it to third parties for their own purposes or marketing. To operate the website and handle your message we use only the necessary processors, who process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality:

• Our ticketing system: the form message is handled in our own ticketing system on our own infrastructure — this is not a third party.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: protecting the form against spam and bots (verifying the request comes from a human).
• OpenStreetMap: showing the map with our office on the Contact page. The map is from OpenStreetMap, sets no cookies and is not used for tracking or profiling.
• Umami Analytics: anonymous traffic statistics without cookies and without personal data.

We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We measure traffic with Umami, a privacy-first tool — it uses no cookies, builds no visitor profile and collects only aggregated, anonymous data (e.g. page views, referrer, device type). This data cannot identify an individual, which is why no cookie banner is required. We self-host our fonts, so loading them sends no data to any third party.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Some processors (e.g. Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is safeguarded under the GDPR — in particular through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

In relation to your data you have the right to:

• access your data
• rectify inaccurate data
• erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
• restrict processing
• data portability
• object to processing
