Get in touchDo you provide IT support outside Košice?
Yes. We primarily operate in the eastern Slovak region, but we provide remote management and monitoring for clients across Slovakia.
How quickly do you respond to an outage?
The response time is part of the service level agreement (SLA). We handle critical incidents with priority and monitoring runs 24/7.
Will you take over our existing infrastructure?
Yes. We start with an entry audit, document the state and smoothly take over operations without interrupting your services.
Are you tied to a single vendor?
No — we're vendor-independent and flexible. Over the years we've worked with a wide range of vendors and technologies, so we design the solution around your needs and budget, not around a single supplier.
Do we have to buy Microsoft licenses ourselves?
You don't have to. As a Microsoft CSP partner we supply and invoice Microsoft 365 and Azure subscriptions in euros, together with the rest of your IT services. You need no contract of your own with Microsoft and no company card for monthly payments abroad.
What if we only need extra licenses for a short time?
That's fine. Licenses can be added or dropped as your team changes — a new colleague joins, we add a seat; someone leaves, we remove it. You don't pay for seats nobody uses.
Who owns our environment if you buy the licenses?
You do. The Microsoft 365 tenant is registered to your company and the data stays yours. We only hold delegated administrative access with a defined scope, which you can revoke at any time. If you ever move to another partner, the subscriptions transfer — nothing needs migrating.
